Only what is needed to run the subscription: an email address for your login and our replies, plus payment details handled by our payment provider. We do not ask for a postal address, date of birth or identity documents.
Why
To create your access, help you with technical problems and handle the guarantee. The data is not sold, not rented out and not shared with third parties.
How long
For as long as the subscription is active, and then for as long as any refund requires. After that the data is deleted.
Cookies
The site works without advertising cookies and without third-party tracking. The only external requests are for loading fonts.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to, correction of or deletion of your data. We handle such requests within a reasonable time and without conditions. Contact us at [email protected].
You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority. In Israel that is the Privacy Protection Authority.
