The guarantee in one sentence
Every IPTV Israel subscription carries a 30-day guarantee: if the service does not match what is described on this site, you get your money back.
How it works
- Send us a message describing the problem.
- We try to fix it first. Most playback problems come down to Wi-Fi or a setting in the app, and can be sorted in a few minutes.
- If the problem persists and is down to our service, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
Processing time
Requests are handled within 3 to 5 working days. Depending on your bank it then takes a further 7 to 10 working days before the amount reaches your account.
What the guarantee does not cover
- An internet connection too slow for the quality chosen.
- Devices unable to decode the requested stream.
- Changing your mind after extended use, outside the window.
No automatic renewal
All subscriptions are one-off payments. When the period ends, the service stops on its own. Renewal is your decision, and you never have to cancel anything.
